In Genesis, we acknowledge the need to find dominion on earth. God created us this way to survive, and to find our physical self in this vast taxonomy. We are strung along by our evolutionary needs and the competitive virtue that our physical being satisfies. But in a world of our kin feasting itself, we strive to become our familial part. The one that shares a delectable and finds the new spaces to grow in love. There is plenty of dialogue regarding privilege and where we sit. Our mother and father want us to be happy & healthy, to succeed. The Lord tells us that our Father will always take us in, even when our assets are diminished from foolish living. Remember when he speaks, he is the living body, emboldened in red.
-- instead of "dominate" we might think-- to become a community living within our very own form of compassion. Expressing this through our enlivened spirit in Jesus. Deriving itself from Hebrew of course, the verb yorade is quite that.
