Dream #438 Emmanuel

Joyful, joyful we adore thee Comforter and strength of all Almighty Lord and Son of the Highest, Forgiveness, Joy, and Peace of heart, Joyful, Joyful reaper of sadness, Highest of the earth and love, ...Playing the piano in my dream and joining a live congregation while analog. There was a mom that fought evil and had a loving daughter, A choir of 4 and pictures of glory. Google texture and watering plants in 1st person. St.Emmanuel Church in Wisconsin-- but you couldn't break anything, You could just exist in this adoring congregation. One of the best dreams of dancing and singing and playing classical piano!

Heart Health

As the saying goes "an apple a day keeps the doctor away..." This is a wisdom to live by where apples are concerned, while also supplying you that vital energy we all need. Where the heart is concerned it is important to take in to consideration a food's Glycemic potential-- in other words how our body interprets a sugar and converts it to something useful, glucose. In that work of breaking down the sugars to glucose we get tired, but it's electric, and once it's glucose WE BECOME electrical!  But too much of that glucose can also be toxic (although you'd have to scarf down a whole apple tree to be in any real danger!).  Here's a great list to stay energized, cited from  Adrenal Fatigue  and  Nutrition Data . GIycemic Index and Glycemic Load; Common Foods Food GI Serving Size Net Carbs GL Peanuts 14  4 oz (113g) 15 2 Bean sprouts 25  1 cup (104g) 4 1 Grapefruit 25  1/2 large (166g) 11 3 Pizza 30  2 slices (260g) 42 13 Lowfat yogu
