Heart Health

As the saying goes "an apple a day keeps the doctor away..." This is a wisdom to live by where apples are concerned, while also supplying you that vital energy we all need. Where the heart is concerned it is important to take in to consideration a food's Glycemic potential-- in other words how our body interprets a sugar and converts it to something useful, glucose. Cosmically Blood!

Lets take a look at understanding blood; what it's made of, what is contained for a good feeling body, and what we can do to improve these overall modalities. Notice the forms, shapes, how it might work systematically-- and identify what is inside your blood: what each part might look like in a divine form, working for you.  The faster one can tolerate the circulation of blood through the heart- the healthier one can become.  Feeling better and looking fantastic!   The medically perfect reading of blood pressure according to heart.org : 117/76.
